COVID PRECAuTIONS AT AUSTRALIAN OSTEOARTHRITIS CLINIC
At Australian Osteoarthritis Clinic, nothing is of a higher importance than the safety of our patients and staff. Should you have any flu-like symptoms, or are being tested for COVID-19, we request that you contact us as soon as practical and reschedule your appointment. We will work with you to make sure you can come back to see us when you are feeling well and/or have a negative COVID-19 test.
Temperature checking and Mask wearing
When you arrive at the clinic, our reception staff will take your temperature. Should you have a fever, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment to a time when you are symptom-free. Masks are currently mandatory within Victoria and you will be required to wear one when visiting our clinic, unless you are legally exempt from wearing one. Should you not have one when you arrive, we can provide you with one.
Contact tracing
You are welcome to bring a support person to your appointment. All people attending Australian Osteoarthritis Clinic will be asked to QR Code check in for contact tracing purposes.
Social distancing
Our clinic is adhering to the social distancing guidelines, and our waiting room has less chairs in it as a result. We ask that you come in to let us know you are here, but we might ask you to wait in the foyer just outside our suite - it has chairs socially distanced - until there is room in our waiting area.
Covid Testing site.
Australian Osteoarthritis Clinic is not a COVID-19 testing site.
